Be Seen, Be Heard, Be You (with Actor, Producer & Entrepreneur Minji Chang)

Are you making time to be creative in your day to day life?

Creativity opens the mind, helps us to innovate, solve-problems, think outside the box, and process our thoughts and emotions.

Through creativity, we can discover who we really are and express ourselves more fully and authentically.

Over the weekend, I had the honour of interviewing LA-based actor, producer, podcaster and entrepreneur,
Minji Chang, who said, “Creativity is….everything.”

And I couldn’t agree more.

We all have the ability to be creative, but we so often forget that our creativity needs to be nurtured.

Whether you’ve been tuning in to my monthly Ask the Expert Interviews for a while or you’ve just joined us, this episode is a must see, especially if you’ve been feeling a little uninspired and you want to bring those creative sparks back into your life!

Minji moved away from a career in public health to immerse herself in the creative arts industry. This chosen path led her to work with Netflix, HBO, Comcast NBCUniversal, Sony, Warner Bros, The Walt Disney Company, and even the White House.

She co-produces the Asian Pacific Filmmakers Experience at major film festivals including
Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca and Toronto Film Festivals, and works alongside some of the
biggest names in Hollywood.

In this episode, Minji and I talk candidly about her life in Hollywood. She shares with us her story of finding her voice after years of repression in an abusive relationship, why she became an advocate for social justice, as well as her mission to provide a platform for marginalised voices to tell their own stories.

If you’ve ever felt UNHEARD, or UNSEEN, or you’re looking for INSPIRATION to nurture your own CREATIVITY then you will love this episode!
